Our Story
Welcome to our page! We are the largest high-end Leopard Gecko breeder in the northeast, and very proud of it. We also produce high-end African Fat Tails, and work with Cresteds, Gargoyles, and Cave Geckos. Reptiles are our life. To start off: an introduction of ourselves. We are Angela and Tony Kintner. We reside in a super small town in PA, quite literally next to some cows and chickens. We grew up loving animals and nature in general. Tony was an Eagle Scout (still is...Eagle Scouts are forever) and I (Angela - I’m the main voice on here) always had a menagerie of animals in the home since I was young. I was always catching bugs, trying to breed guppies or frogs for fun, and dreaming up what my next pet project would be. Growing up, I wandered through several career choices that never quite fit, until finally settling back on caring for and breeding animals. They’ve always been my roots, and it made the most sense to my heart! Like most keepers we started out with just some pets, and fell in love. I still have my first two leopard geckos, and will love them dearly forever. They’ve brought me into an entire world that I now can’t fathom living without. Geckos are literally my full time job, and I enjoy every moment of it. You can expect that every gecko you are looking at on our page has been cared for, raised, and selectively bred by my hands. I selected all of the stock myself from the best breeders worldwide, and I do all of the cleaning, feeding, and breeding. Any questions you may have - come to me! I’ve got your answer. It is my goal to have the widest selection of genetics available, and maintain an enormous stock of exceptional, healthy, happy geckos to breed and sell. There is always room for improvement, and always something new to expand on, so I hope this will be a lifelong journey, and that I can grow with the gecko community until the day comes that I physically no longer can. Let me share this passion with you. Check out our website! www.darlinggeckos.com
