Want your business to be the top-listed Pet Store/pet Service?
Launched in May 2017 by Angela Kearney, Tiger and Wolf offers a holistic animal healing service and outstanding pet care to the four-legged residents of Battersea and Clapham.
In 2014, Angela’s beloved cat Rex was diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy (he’s the handsome chap pictured above). From the age of 18 months, Rex required prescription drugs which came with long-term side effects and a reduced quality of daily life. Angela’s research left her convinced that Rex’s health and happiness could be enhanced primarily through nutrition. This led to exploring medicinal herbs and natural remedies to assist his recovery during and after each seizure. Having noted the vast improvement in his overall health and the decrease of seizure activity, Angela enrolled in a series of complementary therapy courses for animals (and their humans) which led to an entirely new career path…
Now working as a holistic therapist, Angela is a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner, registered Animal Healer and Reiki practitioner trained to Master level for both humans and animals. Her interest in natural food and medicinal herbs led to taking a certificate course in Natural Food Remedies for Animals alongside her Diploma in Animal Healing.
She also holds a qualification in Pet Bereavement achieved prior to volunteering with the Blue Cross Pet Bereavement Support Service (PBSS) and later, Cats Protection. She is trained in basic pet first aid continuing her professional development by regularly attending short courses and workshops.
