I adore this dog ♥️ Raya turns a year old this fall and what an incredible guardian she is. From cows and goats to the tiniest little baby pigs and chickens… she loves and cares for them all!

Raya is sired by BISS GCH Tribocie Puck (Australian Import) and out of Mina Aslanda Goutte Noire (French Import)

We’re so excited to have Raya here and to include her outstanding genetics in our breeding program. Stonecoat Farm Anatolians breeds some of the best Anatolians around and we can’t thank Heidi enough for such a great opportunity! 🎉

Gracchus will be a year old at the end of February. Time sure goes by fast! He traveled with us to our local Grange this week to meet everyone ❤️ He’s such a good boy! I really adore the Puckster x Squash puppies!

After a lot of thought, we've decided to offer "Petra" (Mighty Pine Rose Of Petra) to a new home. We didn't make this decision lightly and we'll be extremely picky about the home she goes to. I plan to repeat this cross in the future so that's the ONLY reason we're ok placing her somewhere else.

Petra is a super sweet girl! She's out of our female, "Squash" (Mighty Pine Triton's Trinity) and by our male, "Puckster" (Stonecoat Lucky As Puck). She was the only female from this litter.

Petra has lived full time with livestock since 6 weeks of age. She has excellent instinct and has experience with cows, goats, some poultry and has worked with other Guardians. She's still young and learning but has an excellent foundation. She was born Feb. 22, 2022. She's ARBA Registerable and will be up to date on her vaccines before going to a new home. Both her Sire and Dam are health tested. Please message me with any further questions. I will not answer questions in comments.

Karma is so much like her Mama 💕 She has the sweetest temperament and so much love for her goats. These triplets were born a couple days ago and Karma hasn’t left their side. Karma will be 5 months old in a couple weeks and we’re very impressed by her! From a very young age Karma’s Mama, Queen Astrid would just disappear into the herd of goats. You couldn’t always see her but she was always right in the middle of them. Her pups have been just like that. Totally dedicated to their livestock. I love that they’ll come say hello to us and then go right back to work. Good Girl, Karma! #astridxpuckster

Queen Astrid out teaching little Petra how to protect the herd 💕 Both of our litters this spring produced extremely intelligent, quick learning puppies. We’re very impressed by their instincts at such a young age.

Squash and Puckster out on patrol today 💙 They were just coming back from cruising the entire fence line while the goats ate their breakfast.

I finally had the opportunity to take some photos of Astrid and Puckster. Both are working well together and make a fabulous team. They’re out with my herd of Does in a pretty large pasture. It’s nice to see how well they do monitoring things and keeping predators away. I can’t wait to share more photos after I get them loaded onto my computer. Astrid should be due for her heat cycle in January/February and she’ll be bred to Puckster who passed his health testing this month 🙌 yay! 🎉 Litter reservations are full

Ozias Chasing Butterflies

Our big love bug, Ozias was chasing butterflies yesterday while I finished chores 🦋 Silly boy 💙

A true testament of reliability: We had to move baby goats out to a new pasture last night. They’d never been in that pasture before. It was dark and they needed a guardian in with them. The big threat for our baby goats is winged predators. I immediately knew we needed Astrid. Astrid has been out with the cows for months. I called her and moved her to the baby goat pen. She patrolled the pen and went right to her new babies for the night. This is a video of her and the babies this morning. It’s like she’s been in with them for weeks. 💕 I LOVE this dog so much! She’s the dog that is trustworthy in ANY situation and reliable with ANY stock. She’s our Unicorn 🦄. From the time she was a pup she knew her job and we’ve never corrected her with stock for anything naughty. She keeps all predators away and absolutely despises winged predators. I can hardly wait for her next litter of puppies!

Today is one of my favorite days of the year and also one of the LOUDEST! After 3 months of cleaning lambars.... 💥Commence weaning day💥 Sicario is thrilled... she gets more milk now ;)

BrandR is a pup from a litter we had a couple years ago. The entire litter had lots of personality and wonderful temperaments. BrandR is a full time guardian at Carrie'd Away Critters Toggenburg Goats. He’s got a big job defending beautiful dairy goats from the many coyotes in the area. Good job, BrandR! Such a silly boy too 😜
