Speaking of healing, I can’t make a post about jewelry on Earth Day without also acknowledging the very toxic impact a lot of this industry has on our planet. 💔
My dream has always been to create a mindful studio practice, and giving back is at the core of what motivates me to make art 👩🏼🏭. Along with the Give a Little Love Project (p.s. there’s a new one coming this weekend!), a portion of every sale is donated to planting trees in California forests. 🌲
This is my commitment to you. I do not plate my pieces, nor will I ever offer fast-fashion jewelry. I choose to work with ethically-sourced gemstones and recycled metals (because the earth works hard enough!) 🌻

Y’all I cannot get over how cute this video is that one of my customers, Fia, sent me! Fia stopped by my booth at @artistsandfleas last month and we talked all about art and our dogs and her cool backpack. She stopped by a little later in the day with her mom and I teared up a bit (ok a lot— but I had my sunnies on) when she told her mom she wanted to put her allowance on layaway for two months to purchase one of my portraits. Honestly one of the biggest compliments I’ve ever received for my work 😭😍 and it totally melted my heart. This little angel is still working hard to pay it off, so I surprised her with a larger portrait of her pups! Thank you so much Fia— you are so smart and articulate and kind and inspiring. I am so happy our paths crossed ♥️♥️♥️.
Surprise!! It’s twins 💞. It’s been a busy week with these two in studio. I’ll be fostering these tiny angels for the next month and a half so if you know anyone looking for a pair of sweet and snuggly sisters— send them my way! 💞
