Monday 10.30.23 update~
Freya is home now, but she was rushed to the ER again last night.
She was bright eyed and happy in the morning, eating very well, BM's were solid, and her stomach even shrunk by 1 inch! She did spend most of the day resting, but the whole pack does anytime it rains.
She was eager to go outside and was all about getting love 💕. Around 6pm, she laid down to drink water and when she tried to stand up, her left leg wouldn't work well.
She was still trying to walk but that leg wasn't cooperating. We were terrified and rushed her to the ER and she was observed for over 6 hours. They did diagnostics, a flash ultrasound, and found that her albumin is a bit higher, still very low. Her WBC count was elevated along with her lactate. There was sorry for possible clotting so she is on another medication.
Since she was so stable, they let us bring her home and she was so happy~ bright eyed and bushy tailed.
She is still not close to 100% but it's just good to have her home.
The vets said her time is limited~ but we are begging and hoping the universe gives us all so much more time.
She has more lab work for Friday and we hope that things progress until then and that labs indicate everything is helping.
🫰🏼Please gift her the strength, energy, healing power...
We have so many more adventures to gift you sweet girl, we are fighting this right by your side, we aren't going anywhere.
