Chunk After the Vet
If I let Puffy out in the car, she quietly lays down on my lap and goes to sleep. If I let this creature out (he escaped), all hell breaks loose. I was able to wrangle him moments later but it was a trying three minutes.

Sorry we haven't posted in some time; Chunkers has been having some issues and sometimes it stresses me out and I don't like to talk about it for a bit. ;)
We've been fighting the same UTI since November and haven't been able to get a uninfected urine sample from him in almost two months; so it was recommended that we ultrasound his mini man bladder to check for polyps and big stones. Turns out that Chunky Monster has some quicksand-esque sludge in his bladder filled with tiny crystals/stones. This was really the best case scenario and he's on *only* special food now to try and dissolve some of the crystals. We're hoping to avoid surgery by getting these to dissolve.
Meanwhile, Chunk is happy and hyper as can be, although he hates that his new amoxicillin is bubble gum flavored. Here he is on the way home from the vet last week throwing a hissy fit. We'll be posting some hilarious videos from our trip to the vet last week and the ensuing psycho that is Chunk.
He couldn't eat for 16 hours and by the time I got him home, he ate three plates of food, two bowls of kibble, and spent about an hour licking a cheez-it wrapper. His strugg is so real.

I try and take the very best care I can of the monsters. This means they get brushed or shaved regularly, get their faces washed every day, and get their ears cleaned (along with regular vet checks). I've tried to brush their teeth, but that's just not happening. Chunk loves a good ear cleaning and spa sesh. He also got his giant man beard shaved today. #puffyandchunk #mcm

My sixth BIRFDAY was last week but we celebrated tonight bc mom was out of town. Mom feels so blessed that I'm six years old! I was such a sick little guy for such a long time. I'm the sweetest dudein the whole world and mom feels really lucky to still have me around.
I love snacks and snugs more than anything in the world, so instead of presents, I (and Puff) got some sweet potato baby food, some whipped cream, and plenty of snugs. It was the best ❤️❤️. Mom loves me so hard it hurts. #puffyandchunk #mcm
