Max Meal by 2 Dog Empire Max Meal is a healthy vegetable based product that is meant to pair with your dogs protein source. Served with kibble or meat - dogs love Max Meal!

Max Meal was created by Karen Darling in 2014 for her dog Max. Max had developed seizures, and Karen was frantic to find something that would stop them. A holistic vet suggested changing Max's diet to one with more whole foods and vegetable, instead of kibble. Karen started doing just that, and the seizures were gone! And so began Max Meal, the perfect organic vegetable mix to add to a dogs main p

rotein source, such as raw meat or kibble. In 2016, Karen decided that it was time to retire from pet food. She found fellow dog lover and aspiring entrepreneur, Tara Knierim. Taking over the company, Tara and her dogs loved Max Meal so much that she decided that this needed to be more than just one product, it needed to be a movement, it needed to an empire! So she created 2 Dog Empire. And all dogs, not just her dogs, not just Max, but all dogs are invited to be a part of this healthy, sustainable empire. Homemade in Portland, Oregon.
