I took Dudley to the Green Heart Fair at Chermside this morning. Duds was only too happy to pose for a photo with Everleigh. With all the talk in the news this week about dog behaviour in dog parks, I'm pleased we taught Duds to socialise when he was young as I can get to take him on more outings (always watching though).

Great catch up at the park yesterday. Rosie, Rueben, Charlie & Dudley telling us they wanted to go play with the big dogs in the next park. Once they got over that there were lots of 'let's chase Charlie' fun🐶🐾

Rueben, Charlie, Ted, Chip and Duds all played well together at the park this arvo. Chip is just getting used to the dog parks so it was great to see them all just do there own thing and have fun🐾🐾

Happy Birthday Biggles - fun at the park this morning for Biggles 10th birthday. Everyone was on their best behaviour to ensure they got their share of the treats. Biggles mum shared a lovely cake with the 'parents' and a fun time was had by all. And Poor old Dudley wore himself out and has slept since he got home.

Dudley hopes all his furry friends had a pawfect Xmas with lots of HEALTHY treats. No fruit cake/puddings, nuts etc that can make them sick. And he tells me they love cuddles and walks. Easiest Xmas gift to give.

From Dudley - I had soooo much fun this morning meeting Santa Paws and having my photo taken with him. He held me nice and tight so I didn't get away and tell mum all the exciting news. I asked Santa Paws to share my Christmas wish as he travels the globe with his reindeer, who have been waiting all year for their time to shine. I asked him to remind all the parents of my fur-friends, to take care of us over the festive season. As everyone gets busy with shopping, visitors, holidays etc, please remember to give your pooch some one-on-one time, and we always love going for our walks or to the dog parks. And extra Christmas cuddles are always welcome.

Yesterfay afternoon we took Dudley and his mate Rueben to Nudgee Beach Dog Park & Beach. There were lots of dogs of all sizes running freely in the fenced park. But unfortunately 2 big dogs had a go at Ruebs leaving him with a few surface marks. What I was disappointed at was that as RESPONSABLE dog owners, the LEAST the other owner could have done was come over to see Ruebs mum and make sure he (& her) were ok. But no. Please, if your dog is aggressive, keep him on a lead or go to a dog park where there are no dogs. A lot of parks gave two fenced areas and often I've seen owners take their dogs into one of these on there own if they are aggressive or just learning to socialize.

A fun afternoon at Paws in the Park at Bald Hills. Dudley made lots of new friends. It was great to see so many Fur - parents bring their kids to this free event put on by Councilor Amanda Cooper. And thanks to Amanda did Duds free bath, refreshing on this warm afternoon.

I'd like to introduce you to my new mate Gatsby - he's the big labradoodle behind me! We had our first "catch up" today for a 3 hour play - we had sooooo much fun. I hope I can catch up with many more new friends soon. Sending fur - hugs to everyone 🐶💚
