The start of training emergency stops
A walk last week which was so waterlogged today we had to abandon our route and divert !
4th lesson for Rosie…. all dogs already on cloves
4th lesson for Archie …. taken to it like the proverbial!!
Eddie the spaniel on Lesson 3 and Ralph the little black dog on Lesson 4. There’s also Earl at the very end of the video who is on Lesson 6 and had already recalled very quickly and my Hector who was standing by to help out if needed as an extra distraction! Amazing work by everyone.,
bit of a run going on here
2nd walk of the day before we shut ourselves away in a dark and cool house ! just one client dog to pop in to for a garden visit as all other dog walking is cancelled. Even with air con in the vehicle and cool coats, forest and water it is just not safe.
One place left on my weekday pack walk. I’ve been doing this part of my job for 10 years now and some of the dogs have been with me every week from the start and now need to scale back …. including my dog Hector. Sociable, off lead dogs with fabulous recall and never the same walk two days running. If you would like me to give your dog this rare opportunity to join us, please get in touch.,
Oh how they make me smile !!! the brown dog is not Hector btw. he was at home sleeping off his early morning walk with the 2 labs and the housesit dog
4th and final training class for this dog today and my goodness can I see the work his owners have put in between classes. Superb recall.
The Dog Charmer Puppy Recall away from distractions Lesson 2
The moment an enthusiastic dog finds the target odour !
One puppy on Lesson 5 and one rescue dog on their Graduate class, recall from distraction training. All under the guidance of a Gold Medal Mentor and her two dogs. Awesome work.
My happy boy on his evening walk. Sun on his back, smile on his face
