Hello everyone!

This post is to let you all know about the new policies that have been put in place as well as the new waiver you will need to fill out before your dog(s) next stay with us. These policies are all outlined in our new waiver, but we will outline a few of them here for your convenience:

- [ ] Our new dedicated kennel email address is [email protected] any email inquiries you may have can be directed to this email address.

- [ ] Boarding prices are per day, not per night. You will be charged a full day’s board for your drop off day and your pick up day, regardless of the time you arrive or depart.

- [ ] Dogs who must be separated to eat must have individual kennels booked for their stay, they may not share a kennel.

- [ ] If you have booked multiple dogs to share a kennel during their stay and they end up fighting or otherwise need to be separated for any reason, you will be charged full price for each additional kennel for the entirety of their stay. If we do not have the space to separate them arrangements will need to be made to have one or more of the dogs picked up.

- [ ] If your dog requires medication or other procedures done for them (ear/eye drops etc) an extra $5/day will be added to your boarding rate per dog that requires them.

- [ ] If you do not pack enough food for your dog(s) stay you will be charged an extra $5/day for your dog(s) stay.

- [ ] If your dog requires a sanitary groom (trimming the hair around their ge****ls or paws because they are matted with f***s, or are found to be severely matted to the point it is causing the dog issues) you will be charged $25.

- [ ] Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice before your scheduled stay will incur a cancellation fee of one (1) full day’s board. Please keep in mind cancellations made after business hours will not come into effect until the next business day. Our hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 8:30am to 7:30pm and Sunday from 2:00pm to 7:30pm.

- [ ] Any pick ups or drop offs outside of business hours will incur an out of hours fee equal to one (1) full days board.

- [ ] A time must be given for when drop offs and pick ups will occur during the booking process. These times can be changed at any point before your scheduled arrival/departure. For every 15 minutes past these arranged times with no notice given you will be charged an additional $10.

The policies outlined in the waiver, including those listed here are effective immediately.

If you would like us to send you a copy of the new waiver please DM us with your email address or email us directly and we will send you one.

You can then fill it out and bring it with you for your dog(s)’ next stay with us or email the completed waiver back to us for us to print. If you do not bring the waiver with you, you will be required to fill one out before you leave when dropping off your dog, so please plan accordingly.

If you have already filled out our new waiver, thank you for doing so!

Also as of January 1st, 2025 our boarding rates will be increasing. The attached image outlines those price changes. Again, boarding prices will not increase until January 1st, 2025.

These 2 lovely girls are still up for adoption, I am looking to our Facebook friends on help to find these 2 a forever home. Taz is our little brown one and Lovey is the brindle white one, they both have had all there shots and we have been training them in basic learning. We do not know the breed of the father but the mom is a shepherd mix she looks just like Taz. Were are only asking that they go to a good home.
