When collars are shipped, they are pulled to their smallest size for packaging. A link to this tuorial is sent with the purchase details. It can also be found on the front page of the Greyt Escape shop and pinned at the top of my FB and IG pages. And, I am always happy to send it again!
The most common message I receive regarding martingale collar online orders:
