Ok so you seen my post the other day about my puppies and kittens cuddling together for warmth. So I found a surrogate cat and I figured it would be the best chance for the babies so away they went. Next day they didn’t work out with her but were persevering with the bottle. AND THEN THIS HAPPENED! OmG! My heart is exploding !! What an amazing girl Lexie is. I’ve said it before and I will say it again. Animals are TAUGHT to hate. After losing my Dad on Tuesday I needed this kind of love. I’m crying all over again! Candyce & Georgie. I can’t thank you both enough for trying with these guys 🥰

HOW has this gorgeous guy not been adopted yet ! He is the cutest 😂🥰

If anyone has a little puppy cage they could spare for this guys home for the next few weeks could you please let us know as we need to restrict his movements as much as we can. Sometimes in Rescue we see some pretty unusual and horrible things. This sweet little guy was Shadow and has now been renamed “Bowie” 😉 He came to us this week with his little body growing faster than his bones and joints. Thanks so Saint at Boyne Tannum Vet he’s all splinted up and on the mend 🥰 Pic in Comments of his sweet little self after his trip to the vets today and his new wraps 🐾

The objects of POUND Rescue Incorporated are:-


  • As a not-for-profit organisation primarily dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, rehoming and responsible ownership of companion animals, in particular dogs and cats:

  •  To rescue, provide short term care and rehome abandoned, unwanted, neglected and/or abused companion animals from pounds and shelters.

  •  To work with dog behaviourists and other professionals to rehabilitate any animal in our care requiring rehabilitation.
