All of my items are handmade and are made out of Sculpey Clay. They are very fragile and anything can happen to the item. Please handle them with care, they are not toys, but great shelf buddies. If an Item shows up and it is damaged or broken in any way, I will replace / recreate it for FREE. You do not have to send anything back, just shoot me an email with a photo of the item and I will send an
other one out as soon as possible. If you are very unhappy with your item please return it in the same condition and I will submit a refund for you minus the shipping cost, once it had been returned to me. However, custom items are non refundable, but if they arrive broken I will happily replace / recreate it for you. We not only focus on figurines but we also do phone charms and necklace charms, as well as bracelet charms. Want something custom made, that is safe to carry with you? Send us a message, we will get it right everytime. We will not create custom orders using art created by other artists or copyright material, unless the art was created by the customer. Please use your own art work if you want something custom made! We will also turn down orders if I feel that I cannot complete it in the time requested or if I feel I cannot create it to the customers satisfaction. I ship all of my orders within 3-5 days, all of my orders are made when you place your order. Remember, these items are made specifically for you! If you would prefer a different shipping method or added insurance please let me know and I will add the additional expense to your bill. I am not responsible for any losses incurred for items lost by mail carriers. If you need something sooner however, please just ask and I can try to get it shipped sooner.
