I have been a hobbyist breeder since 2003, and have a special interest in the ghost, stripe, terrazzo, and cinder morphs. What began as one clutch of cornsnakes from a couple of pet snakes has ballooned into a collection of several very nice morphs that I have acquired over time from some of the top breeders in the industry or produced myself. I keep a few other species of colubrids as well. I ra

ise a small number of cornsnakes every year, keeping my numbers under 100 which usually means 4 or 5 pairings a year. This is so that the ones I do produce get enough space and attention. I like to spend a little time "establishing" the babies before offering them for sale. Each hatchling is housed in a nice, shoebox sized enclosure and kept until I am sure it has no health problems and eats voluntarily on its own. I want anyone who does business with me to get a healthy snake that will thrive and have no problems. Unlike many larger breeders I am able to provide individual photos of the snakes I have for sale. If you are thinking of getting a pet snake, a corn snake is a great choice. They generally have very tame dispositions, adapt quickly to being handled, and are very easy to care for. They are known as excellent beginner snakes due to their relatively low maintenance requirements and nice dispositions compared to many other snake species. Corn snakes are available in a wide palette of colors, or morphs. There are many different genetic mutations within this species that affect their colors and patterns, and endless possibilities for combining these traits into new morphs, The so called 'normals' or wild type corns can be stunning as well. A ghost corn combines anerythryism (a gene that removes red) and hypomelanism (which reduces black pigment), the result is a greyish animal with some black. I named my snakery 'The Ghost House' because they are my favorite morph- I like the mario brothers game too :)
