As we enter a season full of heat warnings, please be mindful that our furry family members do walk without shoes and cannot sweat, so take extra caution when taking them out for walks, or runs.

To my human moms & dads, this is what happens to my paws when you take me out in the scorching sun ☀️ when the pavement is so hot !

Remember I sweat through my paws, so in this heat I can’t get rid of my sweat as my paws are burning. Missing my walk won’t harm me. Please let me just relax indoors and take me out when the sun is down🐾

If you see someone walking their dog on hot pavement, ask them to take off their shoes for the remainder of their walk home. Maybe then they'll understand.

With Heavy hearts we are retiring and rehoming Storm. She is our 3.5 year old female.

Storm is a purebred Registered German Shepherd, black and tan short haired. She is a healthy, fun loving, happy female that loves to chase balls. Storm lives in our home she is house broke, and crate trained.

With her retirement Storm deserves a country setting with adults or older children, no other dogs preferred OR only male gender. Storm has not had a lot of exposure to little children and sometimes their quick movements cause confusion and alarm.

There is no fee to adopt Storm, however it is mandatory she is spayed. Our usual protocol is once proof of spay is provided we will transfer the Registration Papers.
