An update on my four-legged friends from last night's horrible accident on the Katy Freeway. A huge thank you to Dr Michael and the amazing team at NHVS! I stopped by today to check on the injured pups and got this update. The little doxie has been temporarily named Hope and her long haired companion is being called Faith because we don't know their names yet. I am calling the little one that was
killed in the accident Angel. Hope sustained severe injuries with imbedded glass, puncture wounds and a contusion to her lung, Hope is stable however will require surgery. Faith suffered degloving injuries to her front legs and a recent spay surgery incision was ripped open, Faith is also stable and will require surgery. Angels remains are being held and will likely be cremated and with good fortune returned to the family. Friends these little friends need your prayers for not only their recovery and healing,but also for their people who are facing heartbreak and a long recovery.
