Terms & Conditions
By purchasing from Pacific Coast Leachianus, you automatically agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Payment
• Credit card, PayPal, checks, and money orders are accepted. All checks or money orders must clear before animal will be shipped. Payment Plans
• On purchases under $1000, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required and the remaining balance is due in 30 days.
•
On purchases over $1000, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required and the remaining balance is due in 45 days.
• If you require more time on either of these plans, contact me. Payment terms need to be agreed upon prior to sending deposit.
• An animal will not be placed on hold without a deposit or full payment.
• After deposit is received, PCL will place the animal on HOLD the final payment is received by an agreed upon date.
• If payment is not completed for any reason during the agreed time period, your non-refundable deposit is considered forfeited to PCL. Any monies paid in excess of the initial deposit amount will be returned to the buyer. The deposit amount cannot be transferred to another animal.
• The balance may be paid in full at any time.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Shipping with pickup at Hub only:
• Shipping is via Fed Ex Monday thru Wednesday, weather permitting, to your nearest Fed Ex World Service Center hub.
• Delivery to a residential address is possible but because of delays that could happen when placed on delivery truck, PCL will not guarantee live arrival or health of the animal.
• All animals shipped to your nearest Fed Ex World Service Center hub are guaranteed to arrive alive and in good health.
• You must pick up your package at the Fed Ex World Service Center hub within 4 hours of it being available for pickup; otherwise this guarantee is null and void.
