What is Equine Assisted Learning?
To put it simply, Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) is an established educational program that is facilitated within a group format and focuses on ground activities rather than horseback riding.
Participants work together in objectively driven exercises to learn valuable life skills in a fun and exciting atmosphere.
Equine Assisted Learning is for all ages & abilities.
Exercises are developed to encourage self-confidence through validated, hands-on experiences. Each exercise has an objective that is interlaced in the next lesson so that participants keep learning and building stronger skills, hence, creating an armour of skills to use everyday.
This program is globally certified and regulated through the Equine Assisted Learning Network and specifically in Alberta, it is approved by the Calgary Board of Education.
Equine Impact is located 10km west of Lloydminster.
