Crash had a great weekend playing show puppy with his handler Colton in Dekalb, IL. At 10 months old, its important to us that he’s learning the ropes at the dog shows. Crash thinks it’s great because he LOVES attention. 😆

Now introducing SILVER GRAND CHAMPION RockHaven’s Won’t Miss a Thing CGCA TKN “Saphira” 🩶🩶🩶 exclusively shown owner handled by Neesha Elkin and Myron McCord

Since taking Saphira home at 6 months old Neesha Elkin and Myron McCord have worked their butts off inside and outside of the ring to accomplish everything they set their mind to and more.

Saphira finished 2023 as the #1 Owner Handled Cane Corso of the Year, receiving numerous owner handled group placements, and a BOBOH specialty win!

Saphira’s time in the show ring has been so very rewarding and exciting to follow along with. She is ending her time in the show ring as the highest titled conformation dog in the Rockhaven program. We are so proud of all of her accomplishments and can’t wait to see what she does next with her free time 🩶💜

Thank you again to Myron and Neesha for all your hard work. We appreciate you both and congratulations on all of your achievements.

While the start of our 2025 was a rough one with the tough losses of Manny and Ceaster, we have been taking the time to spend with our dogs at home and working on some backend titles with them.

We are lucky to have WONDERFUL co owners that are representing our program beautifully in the show ring.

Amina and co owner Angela Elise Dietz showed their way to an Award of Merit at the CCAA Midwest Regional Specialty in Louisville this past weekend. This young girl is BEAUTIFUL and we are excited to continue to watch her mature.

🇮🇹RockHaven’s When in Rome “Rome”🇮🇹
Rome showed her first weekend out at 8 months old in Madison, WI winning WB and BOS two days. Picking up a major and a single. Rome is co owned and loved by Derek K**k & Kate Player, DVM

🛸RockHaven’s Party on the Holladeck “Tiberius”🛸
Tiberius showed his way to a huge 5 point major winning WD and BOW from the 6-9 puppy class in a line up of very nice class corsos. Tiberius is co owned and loved with Ina and Jenzi Langley

All three of these beauties are descendants of Manny and Ceaster. It means so much to see their legacy living in on in the ring. ❤️

HAPPY 10th BIRTHDAY TO OUR CEASTER GIRL🧡💛🥳🎂

When I think of the Cane Corso as a breed, I think of Ceaster. She is biddable, happy, impressive in the show ring, a fierce protector, and an amazing companion. There really isn’t anything Ceaster can’t do. At 10 years old she can still run circles around the youngins and beat your a** in a game of tug of war.

We have a friend who is moving overseas this Fall, and we are helping find the perfect home for Husky, Thor.

Thor is an 8 year old purebred neutered husky. He loves to run and play and does great with other dogs. He is very neutral with them and attends Doggie Daycare regularly.
In fact, he would do better with an additional dog in the house but can be an only dog as long as walked and exercised multiple times a day. Of course a fenced yard is preferable, but he is trained and quite capable of being leash walked. He is up to date on shots and monthly parasitee control. In the home, he does well with children over the age of 7. (With the Littles, he is just too blissfully unaware of their space. 😁) There will be a small rehoming fee to cover the transition and Mchip tranfer.

After a long weekend of visitors, the puppies got their first adjustments at the chiropractor today!

The team at Vitality always takes such great care of us! We love our well adjusted puppies 🥰

The pups turned 6 weeks today! Puppy visits this weekend are in full swing! These guys are LOVING all of the attention and snuggles! It’s been fun seeing them interact with people and kids of all ages and getting to know their individual personalities 🤩
