🎉 WONDERFUL NEWS! 🎉
We’re thrilled to share that our sweet Katy has found her forever home! ❤️
We were absolutely overwhelmed by the incredible response and the amazing applications we received for Katy. Your love and support truly warmed our hearts, and it made choosing the right family both wonderful and challenging.
Katy’s new family was ultimately chosen because they are experienced smooth fox terrier owners who understand the breed’s special needs and personality. As an added bonus, they live nearby, which means they will still get to visit from time to time!
For everyone who applied: please know that we’re keeping all applications on file. We’ll be sure to reach out when we have additional smooth fox terriers looking for homes. In the meantime, please continue to follow our page for updates on other dogs who need loving families.
Thank you again for your amazing support and for sharing Katy’s story. We couldn’t have found her perfect match without this wonderful community!

UPDATE: Beau is still looking for his forever home. He is a very sweet and loving boy, and his current owner knows she is unable to give him the care and activity a smooth fox terrier needs. Please consider him- even if there is another pet in the home, it may work!

Beau, the 4 1/2 year old smooth fox terrier in California, is still looking for his new forever home! He is neutered, up to date on shots, and a very affectionate boy. He would do best in a home with no other pets, (although in some certain situations he might be okay with another dog) and would do well with children who can help keep him active. If anyone outside of California is seriously interested, it may be possible to help arrange transportation. Meet Beau- a handsome 4 1/2 year old smooth fox terrier living near Sacramento, California. His current owner is not able to give him the life he needs and deserves, so wants him to find a home where he will be able to be more active. He needs to be an only dog, and would do best in a home with children. He has a couple of quirks, but nothing that couldn’t be addressed with some training and regular activity. Meet Bert- a 4 1/2 year old boy in Raleigh, NC! He is a perfect WFT- gets along with children and other pets. Only issues are pulling on the leash and being an escape artist- no problem for an experienced WFT owner! He is neutered, heart worm negative, and up to date on shots, and comes with vet records.
