Yesterday Bear proved mom is a bit of a moron so when she said she was going to use sharp pruning shears in the front yard I felt like I should supervise. Then she insulted my nose art on the glass door calling it snot and cleaned it off. It's so hard to take care of her sometimes.

After the incident across the street yesterday, Mom and Dad were discussing how they thought WE would respond if someone broke into our house. So we thought it would be nice to demonstrate what we are capable of. They let us out front one last time before bed. We pretended to find a criminal hiding in the lavender patch by the front step. We jumped in and wouldn't come out. They kept calling us and we refused to recall. Once we thought they recognized we had serious skills we reluctantly returned. We were covered in lavender and they weren't impressed. They still think we are useless protectors but boy do we smell lovely!

I saw a couple of birds in the backyard so I chased them like I always do. I run at them and they fly away at the last second. Well one guy stood his ground and I couldn't stop in time. I tripped over the moron! How embarrassing! I may have rolled my ankle. Now I'm inside recovering. I may be too old and fat for these games.

Mom's craft room is our favorite place. She makes beds for us all over the floor so we can lay wherever we want. She's our favorite. 😘❤️🥰

We've had a busy day. We tried to fight the squirrel but he stayed in the tree fighting a bird most of the day. Then the propane guy came over to fill the tank. We almost got him but mom shut the door too quickly and then trapped me (Trigg) in a separate room from Bear so we couldn't fight each other. He left the receipt on the outside of the door so I ripped it down and Bear tore it to shreds. We hate that guy and we hate bills. And then we napped the rest of the day.

Dad has been sick for a week now. Mom has been keeping him drugged and we've been snuggling and cuddling him. We follow him everywhere in case he needs something or he decides to go back to bed (our favorite place). We had to keep an eye on him while mom was washing the bedding and disinfecting the house. We used ourselves and our binkies (Kongs) to set a trap so he couldn't leave the living room.

We want these buttons so bad but mom said we would only use them to take over the world like a couple of guys called Pinky and The Brain, whoever they are.

It's a lazy Sunday. It's only 10:45am and we've already had our Sunday morning fried eggs, terrorized the squirrel and chased off the geese. We've also lost window privileges until lunchtime because I (Trigg) lost my mind over a baby bunny. Now time for a nap!
