Sometimes you have to take risks and just see what happens. When we decided to go short on the ears for easier maintenance, it revealed a baby yoda ear! it does flop down btw, but it was so much less noticeable with all that hair on it! 😍

Dogs are often referred to as man's best friend, and for good reason. Not only are they loyal and loving companions, but they also possess an incredible sense of smell. This remarkable ability allows them to detect scents that are imperceptible to human noses, including the subtle changes in our body chemistry that occur when we experience different emotions.

Research has shown that dogs are able to detect changes in human hormones, such as cortisol, which is associated with stress, and oxytocin, which is associated with love and social bonding. This means that when we are feeling anxious or stressed, our dogs are able to pick up on these changes and may even become anxious or stressed themselves. On the other hand, when we are feeling happy and relaxed, our dogs are able to sense these emotions and may respond by wagging their tails or cuddling up to us.
It is important to note that while dogs are able to sense our emotions, they are not able to understand them in the same way that humans do. Just look at that sweet face! Brie was found by a rescue group wandering in a field. Now she's adopted and adjusting to the good life (this is her very own chair). She did so well with the process and was able to go right back to her comfy spot when we were done!
