PLEASE keep your dog(s) safe in the soaring temperatures we are having. Heat is VERY dangerous for dogs. Do not walk or jog with them at the height of the day. Walk them early in the morning or later in the evening. Keep them hydrated. Keep them safe 🐾🐾

Meet Guapo!
Guapo is an extremely handsome Chow with a laid back, loving attitude. Guessed to be about 3-years-old, Guapo is an easy going guy.
Guapo enjoys humans and doesn't mind the company of other dogs. He will likely prefer being the king of his castle though, not wanting to share his domain with other canines but fine to meet them out and about. What Guapo doesn't like is small animals and cats. He has a true Chow prey drive.

Meet Neo!

He is a young (1.5 year old) Jack Russell mix pup with lots of s***k. He is a bit of a puller, eager to move fast, but he’s manageable since he weighs 17 pounds. He loves attention, treats, and playing fetch. Once he is tuckered out, he’d be up for a cuddle or a snooze. Neo has a selective taste in the canine friend department, but with proper introductions, anything is possible. He would prefer no feline friends and would most enjoy the calmer energy of older children. Beautiful, sweet Sophie has had very little interest. So, she had herself a photo shoot today, in the hopes that someone will see just how amazingly stunning she is, not only on the outside, but also on the inside.
Sophie is 4 years old. She found herself in a not so loving home situation, but thankfully was saved by a kind human, who has been caring for Sophie for the past few months

Easter is coming- DONT BUY YOUR KIDS A BUNNY especially if you don’t have time space and money for them.

🐰Bunnies don’t belong caged 24/7, they love to have space to play & lounge.
🐰They don’t all litter train and do well inside.
🐰they chew wires
🐰they love to burrow and dig (they can’t do that in cages)
🐰they don’t all get along so you can’t just throw them together
🐰male and female will make babies, repeatedly, even if you don’t want them to

I’m just asking you to research before you purchase! They are cute, sometimes cuddly, and do not deserve to be caged and neglected in two months.

We need your help! This handsome French Bulldog was found yesterday on Cummins Highway at the border of Roslindale and Hyde Park. We’ll spare you the gorey details, but he had emergency surgery immediately upon arrival at the MSPCA due to a severe injury to his eye, which needed to be removed. We suspect this sweet boy has a very worried family out there looking for him and we hope we can find them! Help us spread the word so that he can get back home.

**This dog is not currently available for adoption!! We are focused on his recovery and finding his family. Stay tuned for updates💙**

This very adorable senior dog deserves a good home if you are looking to adopt a dog. Senior dogs make great companions, mine is nearly 13 years old and still full of life and vitality. This lovely lady deserves that.

It's 85 degrees outside. People like to leave their dogs in the car while they run into the store for just a "minute". If we get to your car before you come back out, the ticket is $260. We have a city ordinance that states:

"Further, it shall be unlawful to:
(3)Leave an animal enclosed within a vehicle, or the bed of a parked truck, in ambient temperature which exceeds 79 degrees Fahrenheit unless said animal is enclosed inside the vehicle with the air conditioning turned on." under Sec 6-9.

Please leave your pets at home. The inside of a car heats up very quickly.

If you witness this happening Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, call 405-372-0334.

If it is after hours or the weekend, call 405-372-4171 immediately.

Right now, there are DOZENS and DOZENS of puppies getting ready for their freedom flights - and even more being rescued. BUT we can’t buy their plane ticket unless we know they have a temporary home while waiting for their furever families. 💕

On average, foster puppies are scooped up by their adopters in as little as 1-2 weeks. ⏰ And the love you give them/memories you make will last a lifetime.
