I’ve got a lot of soaps to wrap this week to fill my Christmas orders. I noticed today that I had forgotten to make a big batch of Lavender & Oatmeal so I’m onto that asap so they can cure in time for my Christmas markets coming up soon!! My studio whiteboard is my brains for what needs to happen next. I don’t have any fancy software that tells me what stock is running low so really need to stay on top of things especially at this time of year!

My liquid soap has a new look! Have you ever tried naturally made liquid soap? The ones in the supermarket aren’t technically soap but rather surfactants and chemicals that mimic soap. It all comes down to cost as mass manufactured liquid washes are cheaper than using the traditional method of blending oils with lye (potassium hydroxide). I make my liquid soaps in small batches and they’re scented with a beautiful blend of Australian essential oils. Link to my shop is in bio. ☺️

It’s been a busy week and I’m super grateful for all the orders that have been coming through. I have a lot of soap to make next week to replace those sold and also Christmas stock to start preparing. I’ve got a lovely gift offering this year I’m excited to share with you all. Me and the girls enjoyed a beautiful day out at Surfers Paradise today. It was picture perfect weather with a lovely breeze blowing. We’re trying to make the most of the school hols and are blessed to live within driving distance of such a beautiful beach (a looong drive today!🤪).
