UPDATE on Oliver: The Tenth Court of Appeals has now set our appeal on the submitted briefs for May 1, 2025. A year and 6 mos in the waiting. Will post their ruling when it comes out.

I want to thank everyone for watching this page and the page of Oliver/Dorian. I will continue to update the page with any news from the Appeals court when available. Oliver has been stolen since his temporary foster has refused to return him. It is coming up on FOUR yes 4 years now that they refuse to return him. Thank you for all of your support. Thanks again for your support as this will be a pivotal decision that will affect all rescue far and wide across all of the rescue community that has contracts and fosters. So, this is a vital endeavor, not to mention the safety of Oliver. (which we don't know if dead or alive at this point.

In doing some cleaning, reorganizing, etc, labeling, things I should have done in an ongoing basis, LOL: I found ALL the nasty comments that the thieves of our Oliver sent to me, all the emails, the timeline, etc, AND her son's deposition, the hard copy AND his affidavit where he clearly says he would never sign our adoption contract EVEN when the judge told us to work through the verbiage. I refuse to deviate from our contract he refuses to sign. Is that not a slap in the face to the judge and disrespect? What does that tell you about these thieves? Click on the case, read the documents and you will know who they are, it is public record.

The entire judicial process is a joke. I am still waiting for justice to be done so that our rescue can get our stolen Oliver back from the theives that have him . I don’t even know if he is dead or alive. Maybe someone that has read the court documents can reach out and ask, but they would continue their lies.

Shooting Incident at The Depot on Main Apartments

Burleson, TX — At approximately 2:00 a.m. on Monday, September 9, 2024, officers from the Burleson Police Department (BPD) responded to a report of a shooting at The Depot on Main apartments, located at 125 N. Main Street.

Upon arrival, officers located a female victim. She was transported to a Fort Worth hospital, where she remains in critical but stable condition.

Officers proceeded to the apartment where the shooting occurred and discovered a deceased male inside. The preliminary investigation indicates that this is an isolated incident related to domestic violence. BPD is not actively seeking any additional suspects.

This is an ongoing investigation.

Our case to get Oliver back that the foster kept and breached the signed foster agreement has been going on now for 3 years and 7 mos. Originally filed for his return March 21-2021. I miss you Oliver, I will not stop.
