I made a rookie mistake. Rule #1 in this house is when making stock after a week or so of downtime, the first couple must be sacrificed to the gods that run this house. Guano swiftly reminded of this rule and fixed my fatal error. Jury’s out on whether I’ll be fired. Or survive the night. 😫
