People have been picking up loose pets taking them across Indiana state line and to other counties around Vermilion County. Be randomly asked for a country drive tonight. We took the pups and drove aimlessly. Until CR 2000 southeast of Hoopeston..

Then this young pup stopped in the middle of the street. Benny tried to get out but he was so scared and growling (and our dogs were going crazy). So we brought our dogs home and went back. He was still there. Middle of no where, no collar. Scared to death.

Worked with him and soon he was jumping in the van. We will have him checked tomorrow but if anyone knows where (if) he belongs somewhere let us know please. After he warmed up, he's the absolute best boy!

Edited to add our own pups enjoying their van ride.

Her name is Princess! She hasn't gotten out of my yard in a very long time, untill today!
We came back from the store & I didn't realize the gate was partially open so when I let her out of her crate & out the back door for potty break. She bolted like lighting. If anyone sees this Dog, yes she is mine & no she wasn't dumped. She went missing from hoopeston on east wyman

Can’t hurt to keep trying, right? Doris has been missing since March 22nd. 122 days. 17 weeks and 3 days. It's just 2 days shy of 4 months. I could get all mushy and emotional, but I would much rather be mushy and emotional while I’m snuggling Doris when she comes home. So I’ll save all of my dramatics for when the time comes. I miss the sounds of her tiny paws trampling up and into my bed everyday…. Please keep looking/ look out. Thank you friends ❤️‍🩹

Friday night she was hit by a car so she could have injuries.

Last possible sightings from June 2024...
She is probably hiding back by the old factory properties along the tracks around Bowman to Griggs. We have checked repeatedly for her this past few days but she is gone as fast as she is reported seen. This means she is hiding away from the view of houses and people. All reported sightings have been earlier in the day or right after dark.

Tank is a little old man with multiple health issues. The family had both dogs outside to do their business and turned around a minute and Tank was gone.
Tank is well loved and cared for.
If you took him because you think he needs veterinarian care...
He goes to Danville Small Animal Clinic for care and grooming. Just take him there if you have questions.
Tank is missing one eye and he has a tumor preventing him from wearing a collar.

😍🐾 Thank you ACO Hanah! This is the Shepherd that has been sitting in the pasture scared to come to anyone this past 36 hours. The trap was set but wasn't needed. After a bit of time and effort this sweetheart came up to Hanah for some cuddles. She is on the way to the shelter. They will scan her for a microchip, give her a good check up, a good meal and a warm bed. She is in good hands now. I want to thank everyone that helped this past 24 hours getting her to safety.
