Yesterday I escaped
My heart health has required me to go on a diet. I’ve apparently lost JUST enough weight to squeeze through a crack in the fence that I never could before.
I was gone just over an hour. Loved ones and neighbors were scouring the streets. My mother was imagining awful things. I was fine. The first person to see me scooped me up and fed me chicken. I was relaxed and happy when reunited with my family. My mother called me a demon bitch and hugged me for hours straight.
Now I have to wear my harness every day. And mom is affixing new wires to the backyard fence. My tummy loved that chicken and I had particularly stinky farts last night.
As you can see by my face. I have zero regrets.
