I have been waiting some time to do this post and I figured I should not wait any longer. There are some housekeeping issues that need to be addressed and I wish I didn't have to do it. Where to start. If you have hounded us to get a project done and we complete it, then please don't ignore our phone calls or the invoice when we contact you. This is not a one time thing or we wait a couple days for a reply, this is happening weekly of no pickup or return calls and we are sitting on projects for months. If money is tight then don't phone and text to see when it's done then ghost us. We need to remind that we do charge a storage fee after 30 days and usually if someone makes arrangements with us we will forgive that but if we are getting ignored, we will apply it. If you have a project here and money is tight, then let us know ahead and we can skip past it and move onto another project. There is nothing worse than putting in 200 hours a month and getting paid for 140 hours and have to chase the other 60 hours. I really wish I didn't have to do this but we are not a financial institution and we don't ask our help here to wait for their money they worked for and we also have family and bills to pay just like everyone.
Going forward, there will be no pics sent of any mounts until they are paid for in full.
Now that is behind us, in November we will have our one late night drop off which we will decide and post at another date once we get it figured out. We have to do this again as we cannot be in the shop all day then every night as we have family commitments of our own. I apologize if this has struck anyone wrong but at the end of the day all it comes down to is communication and planning and we want to make things as smooth as possible for everyone.
Our local deer elk and moose season opens next Friday and we want to wish everyone good luck and hopefully there will be some big deer left somewhere out there, Good luck
Thx
