Roscoe and the Rescues The life of 4 rescued pitbulls, Roscoe, Gracie, Luna & Stella This page is dedicated to 3 rescued pitbulls. Unlike many other rescues, Roscoe is very lucky.

Roscoe (brindle) was born in a shelter with his 5 brothers and one sister. His Mom and Dad were removed from a home and ended up at the shelter. he was not subjected to any kind of abuse or neglect. Gracie (gray & white) was rescued from a shelter in Georgia a day before she was scheduled to be euthanized. In Georgia you cannot adopt a pitbull from the shelter. A rescue in Pa pulled her and brough

t her to PA. I fostered Gracie for only a day before I decided to adopt her. Gracie came to me malnourished. She had sores on her paws and elbows from living on concrete and she had a great deal of hair loss from mange and malnutrition. Gracie was clearly used as a breeder. It is unknown how many litters she had before they discarded her. Luna is our current rescue. Luna came to us from WV via the same rescue. Luna was abandoned in an apartment building for two weeks. When they found Luna, she was snuggled up to an abandoned kitten. Luna was extremely malnourished, had a great deal of hair loss from a flea infestation and mange. It didn't take long for us to decide to keep her too. Our goals are to give them the best life they deserve. They are all extremely loved and spoiled. A Darrah Bull Bully Rescue is the Rescue that brought them to us.
