Canterbury Tails Boston Terriers is located in central northern Florida. We are a small breeder of AKC Health tested Boston Terriers of both color and Standard colors. All of our dogs are part of our family and enjoy a spoiled life in our home. We encourage all new owners to come visit with our dogs and puppies in our home. ically are pretty quiet. They do have a high energy threshold and need to have lots of love and exercise.Our Bostons are from small 11.5 pounds to medium sized, We will offer puppies when available. The breed is prone to Juvenile Hereditary Cataracts, Patellar Luxation, Heart Murmurs, Blindness, and Deafness. We do JHC testing, BAER, CERF, Patella and cardiac. Since we have waiting lists we encourage anyone interested in asking to be put on our waiting list please ask. Fill out a puppy application and set up an interview. Our puppies are placed with a limited registration with few exceptions.

Update on Ken. The surgery went well without any complications other than his apnea which is very severe. We will be going home. I'm guessing in around an hour or so they're going to call me back in. I have about a half an hour when he wakes up from anesthesia. I want to thank everybody for their thoughts and prayers and now we have 6 to 8 weeks of recovery time. So everybody please bear with us. I will try to do the most I can with updates. + Everybody have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

1st let me wish everyone a Merry Christmas , Happy Hanukkah and Happy New Year! Okay just an update on Ken. Some of our friends and family may know and some may not. Ken got the call this morning letting us know that his Surgery is scheduled for Monday the 23rd . This is 2 days before his Birthday and Christmas of course. He has congestive heart failure and it is now necessary to have a pacemaker defibrillator installed. Ken will be having surgery at 6 am Monday morning and will need 4-6 weeks of recoup time. We ask that everyone please keep him in your thoughts and bear with us if we get a bit behind over the next month or so. I will update his prognosis as we are updated.

Boston Terriers are a wonderful companion with a sweet disposition and typically are pretty quiet. They do have a high energy threshold and need to have lots of love and exercise.Our Bostons are from small 11.5 pounds to medium sized, We will offer puppies when available. Occasionally we have an adult who is being retired and needs a family home. This may include a retired Male or Female and will typically be between the ages of 1-3 years old. All of our retired adults have undergone the same extensive health testing that we preform on every puppy. They are micro-chipped, up to date on shots and will be spayed or neutered. Our re-homing fees are substantially less than one of our puppies. Ask about availability. Thank you for visiting us!
