Have pets, they said. It'll be fun, they said. Of course, not everyone has Kia. 🤬

I came home from my rehearsal in AL to discover (1) one large, 2-bag box of Greenies not up on top of the fridge anymore but on the kitchen floor; (2) one of those bags in the den with a big hole in it; (3) all but 2 Greenies gone.

Next discovery was p**p. Lots of p**p. EVERY. WHERE. Also a big p*e spot in the front room. Yes, Bloo is back and bless his heart, he's as opportunistic as Kia, so I'm sure he helped himself. The resulting Bloo-sized poo-maggedon wasn't really his fault, but GOOD LORD the p**p. 💩💩☠️

Jodie is pleading innocence but I don't buy that for a minute...everyone got a miniscule dinner (Kia ONLY got food because she has lots of meds to take), and the SpotBot is going full steam. All of this after a major traffic stoppage on the way over for rehearsal (thankfully we eventually got to bypass) and a slowdown on the way back, due to the side of the road being randomly ON FIRE in Douglas County. So yeah, long walks for us all (NOT Kia) and then I'm going to bed. I wave the white flag on today. Or maybe a brown flag (green flag?? Ugh) :) 💩💩💩💩

Just in case anyone believes that Kia is actually a sweetheart in disguise: tonight, she got up in my lap and starting "kneading" (read: just sticking her claws in me to tenderize me), and got her claw stuck. When I tried to remove it gently--and prevent a big hole in my shirt--she bit the crap out of me. No picture because she is now in time out.

"Someone" knocked a huge storage container of cereal off of the counter this afternoon, as well as a container with club crackers (the ultimate goal). I came home to a sea of Cheerios all over the kitchen and decimated crackers on the basement stairs. This same "someone" did not--and will not--receive dinner tonight.

Hooligans bringing on the Monday-ness: Kia knocked a coffee cake off the counter (for the second time) that *someone* didn't put back under lock and key. First time, she didn't get it open. This time, she figured it out and I feel certain that Jodie was all too happy to help destroy the "evidence". BAD KITTY!🤬🤬🤬 Dinner will be light to non-existent for these two.
