Happy National Pie Day!!

Here's a fun tasty recipe you can make for your pets today:

🐾 Pumpkin & Chicken Pie for Pets 🐾

Ingredients
1/2 cup canned pumpkin (plain, no sugar or spices)
1/2 cup cooked, shredded chicken (unseasoned, skinless, boneless)
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 egg (for binding)
1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for added flavor and healthy fats)
1/2 cup whole wheat or oat flour (or grain-free flour for sensitive pets)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix the pumpkin, chicken, applesauce, and coconut oil in a bowl until well combined.
Add the egg and stir until incorporated.
Slowly add the flour, mixing until a dough forms.
Roll the dough into a flat circle or press into small muffin tins or a pie mold for individual servings.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pie is firm and golden brown.
Let cool before serving.

Optional Toppings
Unsweetened yogurt or a dollop of extra pumpkin for decoration.

Happy Sunday! Hope everyone is keeping warm!

It’s the perfect few days to stay cozy indoors and spend some quality time with your furry friends! Enjoy snuggles, play some indoor games, or work on a few training tricks to keep them entertained.

Here are a few cold-weather tips to keep your pets safe:

- Limit outdoor time for walks and potty breaks—frostbite is a risk for paws, ears, and tails!
- Dry off wet fur and paws after being outside to prevent chills and irritation.
- Provide extra warmth with cozy blankets or pet sweaters if your pet gets cold easily.
