This dog was posturing somewhat when approaching, very curious, but definitely should have remained on leash as it's mom could not recall it back!
🚫 This park is NOT a designated off-leash park!
Luckily, Bentley does really well with all of us working together and trusts us to take care of the situation for him!
👉🏽Remember, having your dog offleash is NOT a right but a privilege granted by intense training and local laws! 🫶🏽 I would love for everyone to be able to have their dog off leash, but realistically, very few put in the necessary work to accomplish so, safely!

This is a common issue owners have with their pups, and I help them work through it together! 🫶🏽
🚫 This park is NOT a designated off-leash park, and these owners were not paying attention to their dogs, potentially causing us to be set back in training!
Luckily, Bentley does really well with all of us working together and trusts us to take care of the situation for him! These dogs were also just curious and a little pushy, not aggressive.

The larger white dog wound up crossing the street and into the parking lot, and the owner had to go get them! 😬

Having fun with "Harley" this was ONLY day 3, and he already was picking up so well on distance obedience and duration of his sit and down positions!!
He was a little stubborn for his "down" and figured out he didn't have to listen unless his parents bent over or put pressure on leash so we had to finesse it a bit to work put! He goes home in a few days and I'll be posting his obedience videos as we go!

Fee is now 300! SUCH a sweet 3 year German Shepherd Dog that previously had papers, but have not acquired them! Spayed, microchipped, UTD on shots & obedience & a clean bill of health!
Info about her & what I'm looking for in a home!:
•She is somewhat cat friendly/neutral. Has met several nose to nose and has been very respectable! (I ALWAYS recommend that you introduce slowly and maintain boundaries)
•Does well with ALL dogs: male, female, spayed or neutered or not! Same for sizes!
•Eats any type of food, does great on Victor!
•SOO sweet, LOVES to cuddle! She's also content sleeping in her crate or on her bed. 💖
•House trained 100% - Was previously allowed to wander on occasion in her previous home!
•Likes water! (I will update seeing if she loves to swim/kayak!) ***UPDATE: She loves the water haha
•WAS previously being trained as a Service Dog - I now believe she would continue to do well with her future owner if they wanted to pursue this as an option (Currently maintaining Therapy Dog Training)
Things I'm looking for:
•Families with 2 or fewer dogs.
•Families with 2 or fewer children, ages 3 years and up. Was raised with 3 children aged 2-10+.
•She is NOT and NEVER will be allowed to be an "outside dog". She must/WILL be homed to someone who wants her inside the house 65%+ of the time.
•She knows: place, sit, down, heel, leave it, off, formal recall, offleash hiking and obedience.
•Penny comes with free lifetime refresher training, and her future training would be cut into essentially a fourth of cost.
•Apartment living is okay. However, you must get her out for walks and hiking adventures, and/or brain games.
