I've had a passion for cooking for most of my life and
especially when it comes to barbecuing. I'm the guy you'll see on his deck when it's 25 below, damn near blizzarding yet grilling a delicious steak; or anything for that matter. To me there was nothing more rewarding than making a fresh sauce, taking it off the stove and then slathering it on to a rack of ribs. I've taken my passion for making bbq sauce one step further by creating four sauces for the most popular bbq meats and making them available to share with everyone...
DARK STOUT HEAT: This sauce is based off of a stout beer then sweetened with the perfect mix of heat. It may be a little spicy to taste right out of the bottle, but believe me that heat will disipate on the grill and you'll be left in love. This beauty of a sauce will literally go good on any meat you throw at it. BLACK SMOKE: The hickory flavors are full, but not overwhelming. This sauce takes the cake for me, mainly because of the heart and soul put into it. This sauce takes hours to complete starting out with the smoking of the veggies (with real hickory smoke) and includes liquid smoke to help hold in the flavors. The hint of spices with the unique coloring and flavor of squid ink will keep you coming back for more. ALMOND ROOT BEER: Not gonna lie, this one just came to me outta nowhere. My intuition told me that almonds and root beer could be the perfect marriage. After experimenting a few times and perfecting the recipe, I knew my intuition was right. This is rib sauce heaven! HOT DO**IN': Well I can't say I've ever stumbled across a sauce specifically for hot dogs and smokies, until now that is. This sauce, well more of a spread, should be slathered onto your dogs or smokies while cooking. It creates a delicious sticky and sweet coating that will leave you asking for more. Heck, you could even spread it on your bun too - I'd actually recommend you do this!
