Peep this ladder work by these two cuties!!🧡🩵

I am brand new to any obstacle course/agility type work, and so is their caretaker so there were no specific instructions. This was a lot of fun figuring out with these smart doggos and I am very thankful for the opportunity to work with them 🥰

Happy Howl-ween! 🐾 🧡🖤🧡🖤 🎃

This year we passed out candy and practiced being settled while kids came to the door.
My wil doggo has a great fear of kids, likely due to a lack of enforced boundaries in his past.

He has been doing SO wonderful lately and we’ve been working so hard. I am always delighted to see his progress and this was a big milestone.

He was able to lay on his bed the ENTIRE TIME we welcomed trick or treaters. Even though I could tell he was very stimulated and nervous, he was able to focus on me and treats and didn’t even bark once!!!

We only did this for an hour, and that choice was based on his current temperament, recent evidence of his level of restraint and progress around triggers.
(This may be a long time for some dogs. We have been working on specific things that made this possible along with his own energy).

I will forever boast my boy’s progress. He is so strong and determined. And I am so grateful to be apart of this journey with him🥰🥰🥰
