OKay for those attending the AHTCA show .... seems some folks haven't gotten your confirmations so you don't know that times....
so here is the times. So I'm posting this here.

REMINDER!!! The times below are NOT BEFORE times… meaning we can't start the class before that time.. BUT it could be after that time if the classes run longer.

For those who don't know... Robin will be having lunch on Sat and Sunday (she asks for a donation) and its always yummy!!

There is NO set up on Thursday. The building will open at 11AM to exhibitors on Friday. And at 7:30 on Saturday and Sunday.


Friday T1

Detective - Noon
HD Nov NOT BEFORE 1 PM
HD Adv - NOT BEFORE 1:05PM
HD Excellent- NOT BEFORE 1:30 PM
HD Mast- NOT BEFORE 1:55 PM


Friday T2

Detective NOT BEFORE 2:10

HD Nov NOT BEFORE 2:30 PM
HD Adv - NOT BEFORE 2:35 PM
HD Excellent- NOT BEFORE 2:53 PM

Saturday

Novice - 9:15 AM
Advanced - Not before 10:20 AM

Lunch- 11:15 AM

Excellent- Not before 12:15PM
Master - Not before 1:42 PM


Sunday
Novice - 9 AM
Advanced - Not before 10:08 AM

Lunch- 11 AM

Excellent- Not before Noon
Master - Not before 1:28 PM

Just a reminder, AHTCA AKC Scentwork Trial (april 5-7 2024 in tyler tx) is open until March 27th! We have some detective runs left, and room on the other elements as well. If you know someone who is coming into the area for the eclipse.... make sure they let them know!
