I saw this add years ago and had always wanted to recreate it with Lucy. We actually took this photo in March a few days before she passed, I made the background in a rush because I didn’t want to spend much time away for her. I felt a bit bad about making her pose for a picture but she was a really good sport about it. 💕💕💕

Dear Santa Paws,

I've been with these really nice humans peoples at the rescue for a long long time, and I love them, but for Christmas I'd like to have a family of my own. I know I wear diapers and walk a little differently than some dogs, but I'm a really goodie boy! My foster pawrents and the Mamapad always say what a good boy I am! I love all the other animals and humans! I know how to stand goodie for my diaper changes too! So if you can help me find a great family, I'd be so so happy!

I'm fostering in Washington state and the rescue peoples say they will help set up a ride for me to all the surrounding states amd maybe a little further out. I do like car rides!

This old gentleman made a pram for his paralyzed dog himself. As he said, he takes him for walks so that the dog feels that despite his complete paralysis, "he can still see the world and he is still part of it". Dogs are family ❤

💜Princess Lucille Marie 12/7/06 ~ 3/13/23 💜 The Princess passed peacefully last night, in her dads arms with momma kissing her on the head. It really couldn’t have been more beautiful, the rain stopped and a rainbow peaked out right before she passed. She was sassy right up until the very end but her body was failing her. I know she is now running around with the many many friends that she met in her life, I guess when you live 16 1/4 years you get quite the welcome crew at the bridge. If you knew Lucille you know she would love that. I’m sure she has already submitted her request for diamond encrusted angle wings.
