Devore is arguably one of the worst shelters in CA. Staff habitually catchpole, abuse, & terrify the dogs, mislabel them "aggressive", & kill them.

There appears to be zero means of public transparency and accountability.
We don't know if they euthanize for kennel space. If they do, we found zero relevant information.
