🎆🎇FIREWORK NOTICE!! 🎇🎆

⚠ NOTICE: A professional fireworks display will take place Thursday, June 6, at 9 p.m. at Reynolds Razorback Stadium on the UA campus. This is being held as part of Walmart Shareholders’ week events – the stadium is not open for public attendance. The City of Fayetteville is sharing this information so that residents can make accommodations for individuals and animals affected by fireworks displays.

Also, please know that we are a drop off site for supplies needed by those who were affected by the tornado!!

In an effort to provide residents with needed options for disposing of storm debris, construction and demolition waste as well as trash disposal options have been added to the current yard waste drop off locations. The two locations in Rogers are at 2300 N. Arkansas St. and 3101 W. Oak St. These sites are open to the public Monday through Saturday 7am to 5pm and Sunday 1pm to 4pm.

Trash received includes food waste, bagged trash, paper and clothing. Construction materials received include wood, metal, bricks, shingles, drywall, furniture and non-refrigerated appliances. Yard waste also continues to be accepted which includes limbs, brush and leaves.

Items not taken include root balls, electronics, tires, hazardous waste, and appliances containing freon.

These sites are available for residents only. No contractors will be allowed to drop off.

Curbside limb pick up will take place in Rogers. For now, we ask that residents place storm related limbs near the street. Please cut them as short as possible.

Avoid placing the limbs on water meters, gas meters, or downed electric poles or wires. Also, please make sure that fire hydrants are accessible.

😎The cool pets get Laser Therapy Treatments 😎
Kimberly, CVT. is getting ready to give Miss Cleo, who is in fact a good girl 🐶❤️ and wears her “doggles,” her second laser treatment.

Laser Therapy Treatments are used to promote healing and reduce inflammation. It can be done after surgery, for chronic arthritis, tendon and ligament injuries, as well as some traumatic injuries.

Please help us give a warm welcome to Dr. Scott as she has joined our team!

A little bit about Dr. Scott:

She is from Greenwood, AR and graduated from Oklahoma State University 🧡🖤 with her doctrate in Veterinary Medicine.

She has a multitude of pets! Starting with three rats 🐭named Marceline, Mimir, and Chino Moreno. Chloe, Morty and Parvati are her three dogs🐶 and her cat 🐱Beatrice.

In Dr. Scott’s free time she enjoys hiking, camping and kayaking! 🥾 🏕️ ☀️

Dr. Scott practices Fear Free techniques with all her patients to help make each visit as calm and comfortable as possible.

She provides compassionate care to both owner and patient as well as a willingness to continue learning new advances in Veterinary Medicine to better her patient’s wellbeing.

Please help us welcome back Dr. Carter!!

A few things about her:

She grew up in Fort Smith, AR.
She graduated with a Bachelors of Science from University of Central Arkansas, then proceeded to obtain her Doctorate from University of Missouri.
She has 6 cats: Nala, Miley, Juan, Daffodil, Winston, Kuro. Her dog, Miss Latte, can often be found tucked safely in her bag by her mom’s side.
Some of her favorite activities are: Reading, hiking and playing board games

Dr. Carter became a Veterinarian for many reasons:
- As simple as it is her patients truly mean the world to her.
- She has a passion for educating owners. She never wants an owner to not understand what is going on with their pet or why a specific treatment is recommended.
- Medicine itself is so intriguing and she is challenged everyday to treat, cure and prevent disease.

Happy Wednesday from all of us at Rose. We hope everyone has a fraction of the energy little Miss Benelli woke up with this morning! 😂😂

We know that there are a lot of sights, sounds and phrases in the hospital when you bring your pet in for a visit. Some of these can seem down right scary. We understand that when we ask to take your pet to “THE BACK” you are entrusting us with your baby, along with providing the best quality of care. Care includes medical necessities, but it also includes whole pet well being. We caught this moment between Dr. Warman and baby Gia. We hope this brings a smile to your face and reassures you that we love your pets just as much as you do!

Baby Thomas picked our final October spa day winner. Congratulations!

Chester’s baby sister Benelli helped us with this week’s spa day drawing. Congratulations to Betsy K. And Willow for winning our second spa day prize. All you have to do is schedule and come in for your pet’s annual physical and vaccines in the month of October to be entered to win! We have one more drawing next week so give us a call and we will get your appointment set up.

Chester helped us draw the winner for our weekly drawing for a FREE Spa Day! Dr. Warman and Dr. Jernigan are getting a well deserved night out with the staff at Rose. Our staff has been working really hard this past year with the pandemic going on all around them and have never missed a beat! We think they are just the best and we appreciate all of our employees so much!
