This sweet girl didn’t always love other dogs (we feel the same way about other people 👀)… but it must have been worth the wait as after TWO YEARS she got the loving home she always deserved filled with all the toys she’s ever dreamed of🤗
July was a rough month for us with nonstop medical cases from dogs who needed our help. These lifesaving medical treatments and surgeries came to a whopping $13,880 (and that doesn’t include all of the routine vetting and care for these procedures). We added a summary about each pup and the care they received to give you background on each of their stories. Spotlight on Lucy: Meet Lucy, a happy and gentle Lab-German Shepard mix eagerly awaiting her forever home. Lucy is not only beautiful but also sweet-natured, making her a perfect furry companion. She’s already quite smart and has mastered a number of commands, including “come” (her favorite), “stay”, and “back”. Lucy even senses when her foster parents are about to turn in for the night and will head up with them.

Maverick was owner surrendered to a shelter & we could not resist those baby blues!
This sweet boy is a 6 month old, typical husky mix puppy. He is about 50 pounds and continues to grow. He has High energy, a prey drive, super intelligent, and learns commands quickly. He is still getting the hang of house training but has a good start on conquering it!
He is great with other dogs and is learning to live with cats. He cannot live with chickens! He is very playful and not aggressive at all.
We would like to get him into a home that knows and understands the breed!

We just received a plea from a partner shelter to pull six English/French Mastiff 10 week old pups who were dropped off by a breeder who tried to have them euthanized because they weren’t sold 🤬
We committed to other pups already, but can add them to one of our transports if we have coverage— if you can help us out (even for fostering for a week or two) please let us know! 🙏

Molly and Mindy didn't find forever homes today, but they have their paws crossed that it will happen soon!

This gorgeous hunk of handsomeness is Jet! He is a 10mth old lab mix and full of personality! He is a super happy guy but can sometime have a mind of his own so he needs someone who can take the time to give him some training and help him learn who is the leader of the pack! Jet's perfect home would be one with a yard so he can play and work off some of that energy. He would love an active person to take him on walks or hikes. Jet does well with other dogs but they need to be able to handle his energy level.
