Lil Cotton Socks are not suitable for babies or children under 4 due to small parts, namely their eyes. The safety eyes do hold fast but a sock is no match for the strength of a child's teeth - better safe than sorry! If you'd like to give a sock pet to a young child please get in touch for one with felt or stitched on eyes instead of the plastic eyes.
