Rand at the park
Hello my friends! My departure for the bridge was peaceful. I was definitely ready, I didn't even flinch when my caring vet gave me the shot even though I grumbled at her when she drew blood from that leg just a few weeks ago.
My person took me to my favorite park before we went to start my journey, and we hung out there for almost an hour watching the birds and smelling the grass. You can see how skinny I got and how my harness doesn't fit me anymore. My person never adjusted it because I never went far from her even when I was healthy, but the park has a leash law to keep everyone who visits safe. I always knew when she put my harness on that we were going to the park and got excited and would run right to my kennel! None of the other cats got to go to the park, it was our special place. My person also said it was because no one else would walk on a harness MOL
Thank you for all the love. My person and I love you all right back. When she's feeling less sad she'll post more pictures of me, Hairy, Hermione and even fat Samoa. We love you all!
