We have been receiving a great number of emails regarding the new date stamp on the package. No, we are not shipping old product. Our manufacturer has moved to use of manufacturing dates ("MFG") rather than "expiration" dates - that were never meant to convey information about food safety and were not scientifically identified dates. Confused? You're not alone!

Food waste in the U.S. is staggering, and misunderstanding of packaged and frozen food date labeling accounts for 20% of the $161 billion in consumer-related food waste. Delivery is expected within two weeks (with no reason to expect further delays) and even potentially by the end of this week.
