Lions, Tigers and Bears Sanctuary in Alpine, CA
We had a wonderful visit to Lions Tigers & Bears Animal Sanctuary. All of the wildlife are rescues that came from unfortunate neglect situations but are now living their best lives. This accredited sanctuary has saved the lives of so many animals across the US. They are located in Alpine (San Diego County) and if you live in Southern CA or planning a vacation, it is well worth the visit. Had a great time interacting with grizzly bear Cherry Bomb who was remarkably sociable and engaging 💜

We had a beary nice trip to Glacier National Park in Montana. Had just finished our hike, gotten in our van and saw this Grizzly 🐻 approaching! No lens magnificatipn. He walked right by us and went on his way!

Once a week our rescued husky Roo goes on a group doggie walk. It’s uncanny but he seems to know when the dogmobile is about to arrive and he waits intently by the door. He jumps in the car and it’s so funny to see how the dogs all make room for one another! Then somehow they all manage to get out of the car and walk so nicely on a leash. Many people don’t realize how social most dogs are and how they crave playtime activity with their doggie friends.
