Ragissa - Pedigree Ragdolls We breed pedigree ragdolls focusing on their health, good temperament and beautiful look. Ragdoll cats are our hobby. We are located in Poland.

Contact: [email protected] Our cattery is professional but small; cats live at home, with us. They are members of the family and are raised with love and care. Breeding ragdolls is my passion. I try to read everything I can about them, about genetics and possible health issues and possible solutions, about breeding cats in general. I am lucky to have a family who helps me with breeding and carin

g for my cats. While breeding beautiful ragdoll kittens, we focus at their health and good, balanced temper. All cats are FelV and FIV negative. All my breeding cats have HCM genetic tests – negative (-/-) and most of them have also genetic tests for PKD, PRA, MPS, chocolate gene and dilute. In contrast to large catteries, where the high number of cats prevents normal socialization of cats and people, our cattery is and will always be small. Cats do not like to live in large groups. They might get stressed and stress can lead to illness. That’s why our cattery will never get too crowded with cats – we resolved this issue within our own family and with the help of host families. Our cats live in several separate homes – some of them live in Krakow, some live in Siewierz, some live with our host families. Thus the number of cats living together is always comfortable – both for the cats themselves, as well as for people caring for them. There are never more than 5 cats in one group. That way, we can always devote enough attention to each of the cats and our kittens are well socialized.

🇬🇧 The Three Whisketeers: heroic, chivalrous, and... maybe a little mischievous? ;) Three handsome, dark-haired brothers, all so much like their father, yet each a little different, with their own individual character. And me, desperately trying to capture a fleeting moment together in the evening, when even the last vestiges of the pale November day had vanished.

🇵🇱 Trzej Muszkieterowie: bohaterscy, rycerscy i... może trochę psotni? ;) Trzech przystojnych, ciemnowłosych braci, wszyscy tak bardzo podobni do ojca, a jednak każdy z nich trochę inny, z indywidualnym charakterem. I ja, desperacko próbująca uchwycić ulotny wspólny moment wieczorem, gdy znikły już nawet ostatki bladego listopadowego dnia.

🇬🇧 In Polish literature you can often find the expression that someone has eyes as big as mill wheels. And when I look at this wonderful giant, that's exactly what comes to mind. Our Sancio is not only huge, long, and has strong paws, but he also has that incredibly sweet expression, which perfectly captures his personality – he is an extremely cuddly but still very big "baby kitten" (though a little too heavy for my lap). I managed to snap a picture of him in his summer fur, before he starts growing his winter coat, which was truly impressive last year 🙂
🇵🇱 W polskiej literaturze można często znaleźć określenie, że ktoś ma oczy wielkie jak młyńskie koła. I gdy patrzę na tego cudownego giganta, to właśnie to mi przychodzi na myśl. Nasz Sancio jest nie dość że ogromny, długi i ma mocne łapy, to jeszcze ma to niesamowite "coś słodkiego" w ekspresji, co zresztą świetnie oddaje jego charakter: to po prostu taka duża przytulanka (nawet nieco zbyt ciężka jak na moje kolana). Udało mi się jeszcze uchwycić go na zdjęciu w futerku letnim, zanim zacznie zapuszczać zimową okrywę, która rok temu była zaiste imponująca 🙂
