Introducing the pack to our new baby.
I moved to a home only a couple blocks from my aging parents as they need more constant help these days after a hard health diagnosis. I’ll be here at least for a while.
Then I broke my ankle
Then Carol came into our family.
We all love her already.

You all know I’m a Golden girl! And of course Goldendoodle!!!
Aspen was on her morning walk as I was preparing to deliver our last 2 puppies. She is one of our retired mommas, living her best life. I love this girl!
Do my dogs like children? Only adorable ones! 🩷
My friend Josie took these today. She is Aspen (our retired golden momma) and we get to catch up often.

Doing great headed to go home appointments in Southern California.
People often ask if our kids are around children. YES!!! However, they are also around older folks too. They are always gentle and sweet! No matter the age or need of the person. Because they have been taught to trust people and like the companionship (and attention of course) they are adaptable and often serve our needs emotionally more then we do theirs. This is only one of the reasons we raise our pups the way we do! We are so proud of them!
Fun fact…the little girl on Grandmas lap is going to a home where mom is from England. Our Grandma here
is from England, still with a strong accent and a love for her home country. It was like the puppy knew and felt right at home! She sat with her patiently for a very long time!
Going home this weekend! Night time they are inside with their pen and crate to help with full crate training when they go home. They are familiarized with the crate, but they are babies so there is more training to do. Especially once they are not with their littermates. This is a good head start for our doodle family!
We have been very busy this week but here is a little puppy play video for you to enjoy! We will see our puppy families very soon!
VERY IMPORTANT TRAINING TIP for your puppy!
We want settled quiet behavior before we pick up OR open the door to their pen or crate. They also need to be calm to get your attention…barking & jumping is a demand for something. -attention, a toy, a treat and so on. Now these babies are just babies, but we start this training before it becomes a huge demanding behavioral issue.
This will help them not become over excited when we come home or when guests come to the door! It’s tough but you will be so glad you did it! Require longer calm behavior as they get it and get older! You will have to continue this practice when your pup comes home!
All the other pups had to do this too before they got to go out and play!

Every puppy is an individual. Some take longer to come into their own than others. In our program we like to expose them to many different, SAFE!!! experiences as possible at appropriate ages. So even as individuals, they can be well rounded and grow up with a feeling of safety and confidence.
Time to cut the alfalfa to let it dry before baling. Huge, loud, some would say scary, tractor about 30+ yards away. Again, a safe distance but a new experience. And I’m right here to watch over them. If anyone seems frightened I am right here to comfort and reassure. No one here needed any of that! These puppies are fabulous!

Cassie’s last two puppies got their second shot too…they go home Father’s day weekend also!
I love it when all my kids come home for the weekend. Somehow we still always end up with the puppies. It never gets old. My mommy heart was full ♥️
They were super messy eaters so this is our new idea…so far it’s AWESOME!
I had a thought today. This time of year I LIVE outside. I love it! My thought was, I wonder what it would be like to be outside in my yard without dogs following me everywhere. Then I decided it would be terrible.

Great socialization for everyone. Since they are about the same size and have played right next to each other this is a safe way to introduce new playmates and get their wiggles out!

So much fun with my sister, her doodle and the barn. Massive horses and adorable doodles…that’s her world. Oakley the barn doodle. Life is ruff! 🤣

Honey’s F1 English Goldendoodle puppies are 6 weeks tomorrow! 1 possibly 2 boys left. Delivery to the LA area June 14th.
Possible delivery to Bay Area or Sacramento.
I’m visiting my sister at the barn with Oakley her doodle. He’s the barn dog and is around horses, cats, dogs, and lots of kids everyday!
He is a Katy and Twister puppy.
When a breeder pays close attention to both health and temperament we get kind, fun, confident companions that can go anywhere!
This is how our babies travel for delivery. They have everything they need and lots of stops with snuggles, changing out of toys to keep it interesting and food/water. They travel perfectly every time!
