It's been a month since our beloved best dawg friend crossed the bridge. We have been stumbling around, trying to make sense of it all. The cats have changed so much these past 30 days.... Much more affectionate, especially Beck and Oscar, who both love on their own terms. :) I have had feline company every night while I sleep, which did not happen when the pooch was around....(he slept on my head every night).... I get full on body cuddles from all of them, daily biscuit making sessions on my chest from ALL of them..... It's been an interesting time..... It's almost like the four of us are creating deeper bonds, now that the boy dawg has left us. Here's Beck... on a dark, rainy day....I was laying down after a phone call... and she crawled onto me and started kneading <3
