I scoop A LOT of litter boxes every day as a cat sitter and my favorite litter box is the one that is scooped every day. But this litter is at the top of the list of my favorite litters. It’s low dust, has a pleasant scent and clumps impeccably.
I also really like World’s Best and Dr. Elsey’s.

🐱December is Cat Lover’s Month—and here’s an important cat-care tip to keep in mind:

•Cats need daily pet-sitting visits also (no “every other day visits”)!•

Anything can happen when pets are left alone—and cats are no exception. From potentially lethal ailments like the urethral blockage to potential home damages from a cat accidentally loosening a water hose behind a washing machine, not checking on a cat daily while the pet parent is away can have costly—or tragic—consequences for the cat—and your business.

👉Pet-care professionals, it’s important you not let yourself feel pressured to accommodate a request for every-other-day visits for cats. Simply let clients know the request is not aligned with your standard of care.

👉Pet parents, it’s important to understand that even if you “leave extra food and water,” your cat still needs to be checked on at least once per day.
