***. RIP Fraser - 25.03.24 to 27.03.25 ***
This is, without a doubt, the hardest one of these I've ever had to write for it is not just with a broken but a totally shattered heart that I have to tell you that my best little mate Fraser passed away last night. 🐑💔
As you will see from the video I did for Mandy, he was eating biscuits out of my hand at 7 o'clock last night and stiff as a board by 6 o'clock this morning, to say that I was shocked would be something of an understatement. 🐑💔
He came to live with us six months ago when his lovely owner was getting a bit tight for space and what an addition to the flock he was. I've been keeping sheep now for 14 years and always thought Ryelands had cornered the market in friendliness but this young man took it to a whole new level. Friendly, gregarious and a total cuddle bunny right out the box he was an instant hit with everyone who met him and brought with him some much needed youthful enthusiasm. 🐑❤️
I'm going to struggle to come to terms with this one but I must as I have 54 other souls to care for. He may only have lived for a year but he crammed an awful lot of loving into that, absolutely the brightest star in the firmament. Run free wee Fraser, my buddy, my mate my best pal, going to miss you so much, you just show 'em all how you roll in sleepy heaven. 🐑💔🌈
